Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds in a fair and transparent manner. Here's what you need to know about our refund policy:
  • Eligibility:

    Refunds are typically applicable in the following situations:

    1. If you cancel your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy, as specified in our Terms & Conditions.
    2. If BTaxi Shillong cancels your booking for any reason.
    3. If there are billing errors or discrepancies in the charges applied to your booking.
  • Late Cancellations:

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • No-Show:

    Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point at the specified time without prior notification may result in additional charges and the cancellation of your booking.

  • Refund Process:

    Write a mail to btaxishillong@gmail.com with a request for refund. After your request has been approved, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days, and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    Cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

  • Late Cancellations:
